Return Policy

Shipping within the US may take approximately 5-7 business days. For shipping on orders out of the US can take up to 6-10 business day. Shipping fees  will be added at the end of your checkout.​ Tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided with purchase. Processing on orders take approximately 2-3 business days.

Jacie Jays is not responsible for packages lost in the mail or packages after they say delivered.  If your package is returned due to incorrect address you will be responsible for paying shipping fees again. Thank you.
